🚚 Shipping Policy
Order Processing
LureBolt processes orders on business days (Monday–Friday). All valid orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Express orders placed after the daily cut-off or on weekends/holidays will ship on the next business day.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Note: Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Each shipment may incur separate charges and will have its own tracking number.
Tracking Info
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
🚛 Free Shipping
We ship primarily to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Europe.
For other international destinations, we’ll confirm availability and shipping fees via email after your order is placed.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free shipping applies to orders over $88 USD
Most free shipping orders are delivered within 15–20 business days, depending on the destination
Oversized items or unusually large orders may be excluded from free shipping
We will select a reliable carrier based on your delivery address. All carriers provide tracking and insured delivery.
Tracking info will be emailed to you within 48 hours after shipment.
📦 Freight Shipping
Orders that exceed certain size or weight limits (e.g., bulk purchases of Plano Tackle Boxes) may require freight shipping and incur additional charges.
If you believe your order may fall into this category, please contact our support team for a quote and assistance.
🏨 Shipping to Hotels & Freight Forwarders
Shipping to hotels or freight forwarding addresses comes with the following conditions:
If tracking confirms delivery but the package is lost afterward, replacements or refunds will not be provided
A signature is required for delivery to these locations
Customers are responsible for ensuring the receiving address is secure and reliable
By choosing to ship to a hotel or freight forwarder, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll provide a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
✅ Return Conditions
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging, with all accessories included
Custom-made, special orders, and clearance items are non-returnable, unless defective
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection
If approved, refunds are processed and returned to your original payment method within a few business days

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. In such cases, we will either:
Resend the item free of charge with your next order, or
Process an immediate exchange

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
